I haven't submitted anything of worth in such a long time and am missing this place and the community (both the good and bad sides haha).

Anyway, I'm craving the thrill of submitting content to the online world and am keen to get back into flash, the only problem is I've lost so much creativity in these last couple years so I need some help to get going again.

I'm just chucking this out there and hoping if anyone is willing to share any cool ideas for a short cartoon. Nothing too huge, as I'm sure I'd probably end up losing interest haha.

Basically, I'm looking for a short and clever concept - maybe 30 seconds to a minute long in length.
Preferably something with quite a bit of character animation, not too much dialogue and no violence or crude humour ;o
So if there's anyone out there that doesn't have the time, skill set or tools to express their idea, then drop me a PM and hopefully it'll go from there! :D

And of course, this goes without saying, I will give credit as the writer!

Okay, I haven't made a post on my userpage in a while but there's some stuff I'm pretty keen on setting up.

First of all, because this band is so awesome and their music rocks, I've really been wanting to set up a collab to one of The Mars Volta's songs from their new album, The Bedlam in Goliath.
I've already sent out a few PMs for expressions of interest to few awesome animators and so far everyone's been pretty cool with the idea.
Although, there's the problem that most of their brilliant songs are pretty lengthy going over 6 minutes, which can turn some animators off the project and become a large task. If I was to split up the song into like 20 parts then not everyone would be co-authored. So I'm in a bit of a pickle here :/

I'm just chucking this out there, if anyone's interested just drop me a comment :P

But yeah anyway, gotta love the Volta.

Finally, after months of Uni taking up all my time and what comes with it, plus a small addiction to an old pc game, Wolfenstein: ET, I am back on Newgrounds, and it feels really good. I am free now to work on some projects that I have been itching to get back into as well as collaborating with the creative Newgrounds community.
I've missed this site and you guys.
So basically I've got a few projects going on such as Kill Phil Vol 1, which is the redone version of the one I've already released. I'm about 50% done with that.
Then there's another little series I'm working on which I won't tell you of just yet :P
Then yeah I've got some collab parts to do as well as working with
DreamworX on a cool game he's making.
I'm also planning on creating some more of my own games, as I had some good times with Paperplane Madness.

Anyway, it's good to be back.

I started this game a really long time ago and sorta left it for like 6 months, then came back to it.
So it feels good to finally move the flash out of the 'works in progress' folder and into my 'finished stuff' folder.

Okay, well, I'll probably rarely post news and stuff unless something big comes up, so for now as I am bored and have nothing else to do, I'm gonna leave this post up, which is about me, my projects and stuff like that.

Name is Phil, and I have a passion for animation and digital arts. Started my Flash experience like...2 and half years ago, fell in love with it pretty much immediately. Finally became a member of this awesome site at this stage even after knowing about it since like...'99. Submitted my first movies as a series called Kill Phil. Pretty lame graphics but managed to pass and get a pretty good score...fuck yeah!
Submitted more stuff, getting better and better and have now earned myself some awards as well as gaining some exposure. Here are all my Flashes
Basically at the moment, I'm still trying to make my mark on the Flash scene and on Newgrounds, which will hopefully become a reality from stuff that I'm working on now.

My current projects involve collaborations with other NG Artists such as the 101 Signs Collab, the Flash Regs Collab, the D is for Death Collab and one that has recently been released, the Average Man Collab.

My main current project is re-doing the Kill Phil Series with my new and improved flashing, which is looking real good at the moment. But, it is going pretty slow, mainly because of Uni and work, and other commitments. If ya wanna see the preview or what I've done so far, PM and I'll see what I can do. But I sometimes kinda feel as if I should get over the whole Kill Phil thing and focus more on something else, like a mini-series of some other story. But on the other hand, I really wanna finish it and make it epic. I don't know!
Then I've got Paperplane Madness, a game which I'm improving and adding a lot of new stuff.
And a lot of other little things too.

Since I'll probably won't post again for a while, I wanna leave it up for your comments on anything really. Criticism, support, suggestions, questions, hello's...whatever
I'd really like to start getting to know the good people of Newgrounds, make some good friends who share my same hobby/interest and hopefully even work together on some stuff. If you're looking for a friendly and hard working artist/animator, give me a buzz and we'll see what happens.

Firstly I just wanna give my thoughts on how the redesign is very nice!
The whole custom user pages and blog thing is pretty cool. New level icons are the shit! They look so much better than before with cooler looking art and the new colour choices.
I pretty much love everything about the new NG. No dramas about anything :D

Uh...I got a few projects going on at the moment. Sorta switching between them all the time.
My main one is Kill Phil Vol 1, which the first part of my redoing of my Kill Phil series which I started when I was learning Flash. With my improved Flashing, and a couple years of playing around and learning its awesome ways, hopefully this new version should turn out pretty good with a lot better graphics, animation and direction.
Also working on the Flash Reg Collab which is going...okay.
Then I have a game that I'm still working on which has been going on for like a year, but is looking pretty nice.
Other than those, I've got a couple of websites that I'm working on for friends and family.
