Very nice animation, direction and pacing. But I think you were a bit off with the way you did this.

It would have been reaaaaally good to see some colour.
It was a little hard to follow what was going on in the wildness of the sketched art and the constant quick cuts. The main thing that bothered me with this was that I didn't really get a feel of this "wonderland" with the fast action and absence of colour.
Sorry, I'm sort of comparing it to the actual Alice in Wonderland since i randomly watched the whole thing a few days ago haha. But i was taken in by this whole world where anything you could imagine would be possible. It was full of the weirdest of characters, vibrant colours, and mysterious sounds and this seemed just a bit off.
Also, the original Alice is such a babe, and you kinda ruined it with the anime version :(

But good effort, and really nice animation.

These little shorts of yours are great, the voice acting was perfect.
I'm not sure if I've mentioned this before but it looks like your style is heavily influenced by Ed Atlin. Not saying that's a bad thing because he's brilliant :P
Sorta has that hilarious awkward and random humour and over-the-top dialogue, but without as much swearing.

Yep it's very influenced by ed atlin. Lately though I've tried to move away from tweening characters at all.

Sigh.

Okay, so I'll give you some credit for actually straying away from the usual shoot-em up, random violence for no reason style of madness by giving it a storyline and adding some personality to the characters.

But this still felt like another madness clone.

It pretty much had the same look and style of hundreds of other submissions.
Sure you added in some hair and clothes, but that's pretty much it :(
The thing I love about these "Days" on Newgrounds is the chance for other artists to give their own interpretation in their own styles. This one just didn't work for me :/

Good effort though, I guess it's one of the better tributes.
Smooth animation, was a little choppy at some points. I felt you could have payed a little more attention to the backgrounds; they looked a little sub-par compared to your characters. Nice little additions of humour into some scenes (the mustard! :p)
And it was good to see a mix of different angles, instead of the usual side-scroller.

Anyway, gratz on the daily first and the current score :s
I'm hoping next year you can come up with something a little more unique!
